Grand Sewcial Event Terms & Conditions

The event you are purchasing tickets for (“Event”) is being organized by Grand Sewcial LLC (“Organizer”).By purchasing Event ticket(s), you agree to the following terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all attendees for whom you purchase tickets:

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Any minimum age requirements included in the Event description on the grandsewcial.com product page apply and will be strictly enforced.
No refunds will be issued for inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, weather conditions, or any other personal circumstances.

Event Changes

Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, venue, programming, activities, speakers, or vendors as necessary.
Any changes made will not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Event is canceled by the Organizer and cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified regarding available options, which may include a refund or transfer to a future event.
If the Event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.

Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfers permitted unless otherwise noted in the Event description on the grandsewcial.com product page. The original ticket purchaser is responsible for coordinating any approved transfer and providing accurate attendee information by email to info@grandsewcial.com no later than 24 hours before the Event start date & time.
Tickets may not be resold for more than their original purchase price.

Photography & Media Release

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the event.
You grant the Event Organizer, and any Event or entity partners permission to use these images and recordings for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes in perpetuity and without compensation.

Attendee Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, volunteers, sponsors, venue staff, and Organizer.
Organizer, in its sole discretion and without refund, reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee whose behavior it determines is or could be disruptive, unsafe, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. Organizer has a zero-tolerance policy towards unauthorized drug usage or carrying at Event.

Liability

Purchaser assumes full responsibility for the Event confirmation email, which acts as the event ticket(s) once (s)he receives it. Event and Organizer have no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – if the delivered confirmation is stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.
Attendees participate at their own risk and release from liability and waive any right to sue Event Organizer, its employees, officers, sponsors, volunteers, partners (including, but not limited to, the venue) and agents (collectively “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, including claims of the Released Parties’ negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death), loss, theft, or damage to personal property suffered, or which may result, from participation in Event, travel to and from Event, or any events incidental to the Event.

Disputes

In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the Organizer, the decision of the Organizer will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought. The third-party arbiter’s decision will be binding. Each party will be liable for its own costs and expenses unless the other party’s conduct or position is deemed malicious, grossly negligent, or entirely without merit by the arbiter.
